Nous tenons à remercier les intervenants d’avoir confirmé leur venue en France et leur participation, ainsi que les nombreux universitaires, chercheurs et étudiants qui ont exprimé leur attachement à la liberté académique et à l’indépendance de la recherche.
La décision d’annulation, intervenue durant un week-end prolongé, a rendu la réorganisation de l’événement particulièrement complexe. Le nouveau lieu ne permettra malheureusement pas d’accueillir l’ensemble du public prévu, dans des conditions optimales.
Ce déplacement hors des murs du Collège de France devient l’occasion d’affirmer un principe fondamental : le savoir académique ne se limite pas à un lieu et il a vocation à être diffusé au plus grand nombre.
Le colloque sera diffusé en direct et intégralement enregistré. Nous invitons les universités, établissements d’enseignement supérieur, institutions culturelles, centres de recherche et ONG mobilisés à ouvrir des espaces de diffusion, et à mettre à disposition des salles et des écrans pour permettre aux étudiants et au public intéressé de suivre les interventions collectivement.
La session d’ouverture du Colloque « La Palestine et l’Europe : poids du passé et dynamiques contemporaines » se tiendra au CAREP Paris au 12 rue Raymond Aron 75013 avec les intervenants, la presse et le public (dans la limite des place disponibles), et se poursuivra l’après-midi et le lendemain par diffusion en direct depuis les plateformes du CAREP Paris.
En dépit des annonces faites par le ministre de l’Enseignement et de la Recherche et de l’administrateur du Collège de France, nous vous attendons nombreux.

Our conference will take place as planned, on November 13 and 14.
We would like to thank all speakers for confirming their participation and travel to France, as well as the many scholars, researchers, and students who have expressed their commitment to academic freedom and the independence of research.
The cancellation decision, announced over a long weekend, made the reorganization of the event particularly complex. Unfortunately, the new venue will not allow us to host the entire expected audience under optimal conditions.
Holding the event outside the walls of the Collège de France has become an opportunity to reaffirm a fundamental principle: academic knowledge is not confined to any single place and is meant to be shared as widely as possible.
The conference will be livestreamed and fully recorded. We invite universities, higher education institutions, cultural organizations, research centers, and NGOs to open viewing spaces and provide rooms and screens so that students and interested audiences can follow the sessions collectively.
The opening session of the conference “Palestine and Europe: The Weight of the Past and Contemporary Dynamics” will be held at CAREP Paris, 12 rue Raymond Aron, 75013 Paris, with speakers, the press, and the public (within the limit of available seating). The conference will continue in the afternoon and the following day via live broadcast on CAREP Paris platforms.
